Good analytics, data, and metrics are critical tools for a successful fundraising shop. This session focuses on how to remove the fear around data and use it as a tool to make a difference in your critical, mission driven work.
You do not need a PhD in calculus to be a successful fundraiser, but you DO need to be able to properly analyze and utilize the information you have at your fingertips. During this session, Erin provides new perspective on fundraising analytics with a strong focus on taking some of the fear away from DATA.
This session includes “how to’s” around data analysis as well as implementation best practices in major gifts, annual giving, donor screenings and long term fundraising planning. Through the lens of best practices and boots on the ground experience, you will see how to make a difference in your shop TODAY. You will leave our time together with AT LEAST three actions you can take back to your desk and implement.
W. Edwards Deming once said, "Without data you are just another person with an opinion.” Let Erin help you move from opinions to AWESOME!
